Online dispute resolution for consumers

The European Commission provides a platform at www.ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr for out-of-court dispute resolution (OS platform). In accordance with Paragraph 36 of the Gesetz über die alternative Streitbeilegung in Verbrauchersachen (Act on Alternative Dispute Resolution in Consumer Matters, VSBG), we hereby give notice that we do not take part in dispute resolution procedures before a consumer arbitrator, and are under no obligation to do so.
